Pride 2026

Each year, over 100,000 people take part in the Dublin Pride Parade: it is the biggest celebration of diversity and inclusion on the island of Ireland. If you are taking part in the parade as an individual or with a group of friends, there is no need to register. This is a free event and there are a number of ways that you can take part. You can simply rock up anywhere along the route and watch or join in the march once the groups have moved onto the quays. You can also apply to join in with many of the community groups in the parade. Each year, community groups put out calls for volunteers to help carry banners and flags, or simply make their group in the parade bigger. The parade starts at 12.30 and lasts approximately 2 hours.
